down and made known its Quality Policy to
give directions to the employees for achieving
quality objectives of the company. The Quality
Policy is used as a mean to make every employee
understand the company's quest for quality.
The Quality Polocy is explained to all the
employee through training sessions and the
quality policy is displayed at all the prominent
places of the company in Hindi language for
easy assimilation of the employees. |

are held on the set agenda with an aim to
asses the effectiveness of QMS and its improvement.
