Based on the internal functioning requirement iso-9001 and qualtiy set up by out esteemed buyers- a quality manual has been made and checklists, standards, acceptance criteria, sampling plan, process specific requirements have been produced to all the departments to ensure effective implementation of quality standards.

QUALITY POLICY
 
At Delite International the management has lay down and made known its Quality Policy to give directions to the employees for achieving quality objectives of the company. The Quality Policy is used as a mean to make every employee understand the company's quest for quality. The Quality Polocy is explained to all the employee through training sessions and the quality policy is displayed at all the prominent places of the company in Hindi language for easy assimilation of the employees.

MANAGEMENT REVIEW
 
The management ensures that management reviews of QMS are held every month. These reviews are held on the set agenda with an aim to asses the effectiveness of QMS and its improvement. The key personnel attend the meeting and give the feedback of their performance and problems faced(if any).
